... or at least it is likely.
According to the recent wipo decision on tamek.com:
http://www.wipo.int/amc/en/domains/decisions/html/2010/d2010-0785.html
quote begin
The Registrar also objected to the service of the Complaint on it on the grounds of:
âsuch egoistic companies crippling our important email box with at least 35 MB of rubbish (their invoices scanned into pdf to pretend they have big case)[â¦]â
quote end
Must be the first case in UDRP history where the registrar, serving a routine UDRP request, was of opinion that the Complainant is an egoistic company and included this opinion in obligatory UDRP response. I would guess that the registrar may indeed be a "pocket" registrar of the domainer (the domain was parked)... The domainer could not resist of making such a comment
And, also, this China-based registrar made a serious contribution to the UDRP process by revealing an unexpected fact that the parked tamek.com happens to be really owned by Austria-based individual Josef Tamek who elected to register their domain name through website in Chinese and not in German, and elected to use a privacy service. Indeed, the panelist might make a finding that mr. Tamek should be allowed to use their tamek.com ... Not this panelist though
What would the next step be? I'd prefer to see new registrars with the registration agreements in some exotic languages like Swahili so the compainants would have no choice but to submit the complaints in Swahili as per UDRP rules
