because the reserve max is $25k, thus a $15k or $20k bid still wouldn't win the auction

That is exactly why bid went up from $15 k to $20K . Because a bidder is more likely to bid $25k if he sees a bid of $20k instead of $15k.

I don't trust any of these bids... I see it happen so many times ...example bid of $19,999 when the reserve is 20k... Let me guess they couldn't scrape up the extra buck....LOL

I think all auctions should have the opening bid set at the reserve...one bid means the domain is sold... stop a lot of bs , not all but some.

who bids just under the reserve price anways ??? please We all know there are only a few that would have anything to gain.

People can shill all they want, and sometimes I wish they would, so I don't waste my time on names that have a reserve more than I will pay....I don't care what the bids are. I have my valuation or what I will pay and what I walk away from and I work from that.
