well, I never had a reason to complain about the DNF support team. Seriously, just talk to impactadmin via msn [email protected].

I truly apologize for this, usualy the way it works is that once you pay the system is supposed to automatically upgrade you unless it's an e-check and then the system waits until it clears. However I have perosnally upgraded you and added the 3000f$ to your account.
I am on the forum all day and again I apologize I must have missed this section.

I just saw your email. Please feel free to let me know if you need any other assistance, and your PPC template that you purchased will be ready tomorrow am or later today.

No need to thank me, I apologize, like I said it's supposed to be automated, and I'm sending it to tech support to see why it didn't upgrade you automatically.
