I had a domain inserted in my sedo account on October 11th.
Here are the stats from my account:

My server shows a lot of visits after the 11th.
No visits are shown in my sedo account after the 11th.
Domain was listed on October 11th.
I looked at the stats saw 0 views and tried to enter it again.
Guess what? Domain was again listed on October 13th.
Domain was in some way deleted from my account before that.
Since then domain is shown in my account on the top of the domain list together with
the domains I have just sold. Not alphabetically.
No views are shown in my account after the 11th.
No clicks are shown in my account after the 11th.

Here comes the funny and scary part.

Sedo claims I have a click on the 13th that made me 0.12 Euro!!!!!!!!!
This is a really serious matter.
I really don't know what to think.
Is it possible this is happening on a lot of my domains? I guess so.
Maybe this is the source of all sedo parking problems.

Also another scary thing.
Sedo is using whois-search.com to do the verification of ownership for domain entered in their system.
Internic.net is the OFFICIAL whois for the internet.
As much as like the person that runs whois-search.com and I love the website I can't believe sedo is using this.
whois-search.com might not exist tommorow. What happens then?

And here is their final reply:
============================================================
According to your statistics (the ones you provide below) you earned nothing.
According to our statistics, you earned 12 cents.
That is all there is to it.
There is no issue - the domain is listed in your account, is parked in your
account and you are being paid for the revenue earned by it.
I am not sure what you presume the "really serious matter" to be, here.
You have made your point about the WHOIS, but all I can tell you once
again, is that we use whois-search.com and have no immediate plans to
change this system.
There is nothing more to discuss here.
As far as I am concerned, your query has been acknowledged, researched,
noted and answered.
============================================================
I am starting to think I am crazy.
They say I earned money.
I don't see or get the money.
They say all is fine.

My sanity is at stake!
Sorry about sedo once again.
I will move to another ppc as soon as possible.

obviously the employee isn't happy in their job. The mail doesn't seem to be very supportive and helpful! When you think a hell of alot of income is received through their ppc you would think they would look after their parking customers a little more carefully!

I'll throw my 2 cents in ... PPC is a very different business from domain resale in my view ... It's no accident that some other major competitors (won't mention them here since this is the Sedo forum) don't offer PPC at all, or only in a minimal way.

If your goal is primarly doing PPC, then it makes sense to find a service that specializes in that ... if your goal is primarly to sell domains, then using a service that specializes in domain resale makes more sense.

I'm going to really digress here, if your primary goal is to sell your domains, then consider ...

Service A that offers a mix of everything ... for example you earn PPC of $200 over 1 year on a domain, and then finally sell the domain for $5000 ... total $5200.

Service B that specializes in domain resale ... say your PPC earnings is $0 (domain points to an information page with no sponsors) for 1 year, but then your domain sells for $10,000.

Sometimes one does better to forego some immediate revenue for much greater revenue later on as the above hypotheticals illustrate.

Getting back to Sedo ... their PPC service seems to be very good for some keywords/domains so for some folks it's the way to go ... most all PPC services will have various glitches, some poor paying keywords mixed in, etc ...

Lastly, instead of worrying about down days, compare weekly or even monthly revenues from various PPC services for the same keywords/domains and see which performs better for you - it's the bottom line that matters, not how you get there ... a service could have down days, bugs, etc and yet still be better...

I am mostly annoyed by their attitude: "You are not getting paid but it is not our problem. You do something wrong."

Well, I am NOT!
