Is this a reason to initiate money back if you was charged more then it was written in adv?

Readind:

COM transfer 6.95/Yr

After operation see my account was charged 7.20

The difference is silly but feelings like somebody f*cked you up
If I payed with CC sure make money back which with paypal is a slight difficult.

Bob Parson will have a nice day today.

All through the order process it clearly states "Plus ICANN fee of 25 cents" hence the price you are getting.

it's a regular icann fee...

add a discount coupon next time and save some $, rather then automatically accuse them of being crooks...

At the very bottom there is a No Thanks button. Why not just use Quick Checkout if you don't want to go through the separate pages. Better yet quit complaining and just choose another registrar as they are not misleading anyone. On every page they discuss price they have the footnote about having the $0.25/yr for certain TLD's. If you don't like it contact ICANN

to buy any product, after you hit the buy now, just go to the top right and click on the my cart link, if at a reseller, go to the bottom and click on the shopping cart link, it will pretty much save you some pages

Go to GoDaddy, click on domains - register new and you see;

Plus ICANN fee of 25 cents per domain name year. Certain TLD's only.

right under the textarea where you enter the name you want to buy

Of course you'll object because you didn't do it that way

Go to GoDaddy and enter a domain name right in the textarea on their main page and directly to the right of that in normal text (not even small print) you see "Plus ICANN fee of 25 cents per domain name year". Of course they are referring to the bold "8.95/year" but it's still there.

You're simply bitter that you didn't pay more attention when visiting the site. Stop being petty, do a chargback, lose the domain and find a different registrar. I suggest you use network solutions as they do not hide anything, including the fact that they charge $34.99 per year for a .com domain. Which is only 4.85 times more than what you paid.

But at least if you pay those prices you won't have to try dropping names so you appear like you know something special.

PS If you give me your address I'd be glad to mail you a quarter. I'll even try to make it an american quarter.
