TM= Turkmensitan, not Trademark. Who even knows where that is? How stable is that country? They've probably leased the use of their ccTLD for maybe 10 years? what happens when the lease runs out? What happens if politics changes in the country and they void the public use lease? On global TLD's ICANN can step in and manage use. on ccTLD's they have little control and the country can pretty much do as they please.
Is paying for some obscure ccTLD financing politics somewhere you may not agree with?

WS = Western Samoa, not Website
TV = Tuvalu, not Television
MD = Muldova, not Medial Doctor
...Etc.
