sex toys are hot online business, check google you'll see 8 paid ads are all full, $3+ per hit.

all good sextoys dns were long gone, the nest best would be toysRporn.com toysRsluts.com,toysRp****.com, toysRgay.com...

but above all. hope one day toysRsex.com is like toysRus.com become a top sextoy site.

right now typein the domain you'll see a super store, I made $23 yesterday off it, first time made $$$ in 3 years.

maybe should buy some pop ads to promote the domain, cus toysRsex.com is so un-forgetable once you see it.

low life, try to make porn $$$, feel sad for myself...

may god forgive me!

ToysRus might contact you, very good chance I'd say.

You are using part of their name "toysR" which is related to "kids" and associating it with the word "sex".

Trust me, you will say nothing and hand the name over. You would have no case, its clear why it was registered and they know.

I have a simular name IconsRus.com , they could take it off me if they wanted to.

TM is for the whole name not part of it.
not sure but reasonable to me, they can't against people use part of their TM.

Otherwise, MSN world take away anything like F***msn.com etc.

Don't fool yourself thinking that ToysRus won't take the name by force if you refuse to give it up...They are as protective as ebay and the IOC are when it comes to their trademarks.

The name is not worth the hassle....you have no basis upon which to think you'd win. If you have nothing better to do with your money, find a good charity to donate it too instead of the lawyers you'll need :)

ahhh... it's all becoming a little clearer now.

We're having a hypothetical conversation about a legal case by toysrus against someone who hasn't bought a useless and trademark infringing domain name.

I could be spending some time with my family instead of f**king around here.
