Track clicks from partner websites with UTM parameters in Google Analytics does not work

Recently I decided to track the links from my partner websites in Google Analytics with UTM parameters so to all my links I added the following parameters ?utm_source=Website&utm_medium=cpm&utm_campaign=Ad%20Image%20AB%20Test but when I check my Google Analytics no traffic from these sources is showing in my Campaigns report.

I think that I have generated the link parameters correctly. I followed the instructions from https://analyticshelp.io/blog/what-why-how-use-utm-parameters-track-campaigns-performance/

Can someone tell me if I added the utm parameters correctly and if yes, what might be the cause that I do not see the traffic in Google Analytics.
