depends on the circumstances.

If you register and use cardmaster.com to promote credit cards you may run into problems with the holder of the master card trademark. If you use it to promote a contraption for poker card dealing you're less likely to piss them off.

It depends on usage (and intent). If you intend to profit because of the TM name, then if challenged, you would probably lose. Like Sono said, if you use it in a totaly unrelated manner, it increases your chances of beating the challenge. Now if the words were unique in nature, that would be tougher to justify.

ok i understand , but the question there was about a domain i was thinking of registering, so i think ill leave that now, but i have another question if people will see this now. i do actually have a domain (which i bought before i joined here) where sedo wont park cos they say it could infringe copywright laws, can you tell me what you think about this?
