I just added my first feedback (strongly positive) for Anthony (NameSlave).

The system is working well!

The rating system is a welcome addition to the forum; it should help us all in assessing prospective buyers or sellers.

Well done.

I like the idea, but PLEASE re-think the 'thread' link requirement!

1) Most of my trade threads are DELETED/Empty/just say 'sale over'. They do this to prevent search engine archival, especially with pricing. What's the point on pointing to empty threads?

2) Some trades are done in PM. Does this not make me a good trader?

3) Some trades are started as an appraisal, finished in PM. Should these reference urls really point to appraisal threads??

4) It's VERY time consuming to go back and look up old threads for this, and it seems the search function is broken again.

Please remove the thread requirement.

Without the thread link requirement (or any objective basis you can think of), this trader ranking will become totally meaningless. Reason being very obvious: traders are ranked according to verifiable transactions, or else it would simply be yet another "buddy or bash" thingy, and we don't need that.

I've probably completed well over 100 transactions here with at least 50 different people. Since the sales threads are almost always blanked after the sale, as described below, I have no way of finding it.

So I am a buyer and seller with 100+ good transactions and a 'trader rank' of ZERO. Please tell me how this makes it useful???

I think I have figured out an answer, I'll create a new sales thread simply documenting sales make via PM, and post 'sale over' right in the thread. That is within the rules and meets the requirements, and solves this problem.
