Im really suprised they never froze the entire Ebay network until they had fixed this. They would lose a little profits but users would have more faith.
They should also train their support staff to notify the tech dept of any issues such as this instead of blaming other people using the computer. I have certainly lost faith in ebay, They handled this really bad, Went on for over a day..
