They are still accepting accounts.Its all about the quality of the traffic.

for that ... as such say around it should get some around 10-100 us visitors or something like that

Accounts are approved based on the quality of the applicant's portfolio. We currently require that all our clients have a minimum of 100 domains. However holding 100 domains does not guarantee a TrafficZ account.
