They are not automatically taken away. There is a due process in place. And yes, anyone with a tm can file a claim.

Obviously the due process just doesn't work. UDRP is bias to the complainant.

I think your statement is emotionally charged under the circumstances. Unless supported with statistical data proving otherwise.

If Elequa indeed filed suit, he'd better follow through if he really wants to get
that domain name back.

It is mentioned in the UDRP that suit had been filed in US Federal Court even before the UDRP decision.

Elequa has one of the (if not the) largest collections of short domains. If he does not want companies lining up to take them away from him he had better stomp on this hard.

This could be the defining battle, folks.
