A little late to the party .... but it took a while to read the whole novel.
A couple days ago 9mm sent me a friends request, which was kinda fishy since our past dealing ended poorly. This alerted me and a friend put me onto this thread.

I bought 0h3.com from 9mm around end jan
here
Payment was made using Interac email transfer - a Canadian method of using email to transfer money between bank accounts.
At the time the motive was that he needed money to out that weekend and any other method would be too slow. Its true, Interac is fast and guarenteed cash. Plus the offer was not unnattractive. 0H3.com lives at Godaddy. If it is a dirty domain please let me know, I have no desire to hold stolen names even if its small potatoes.
The email name I used to send payment to him was
[email protected] as noted previously. The name given was Patrick Norman, therefore there is a bank account that exists belonging to this person for sure.
After lengthy chummy-like MSN chatting, 9mm explained that he was 16 and could not have a paypal account, which hindered his ability to make sales.
Also he claimed to have many Godad gift cards that were useless to him unless he could liquidate them.
I admittedly got caught up in the "helping a kid who is trying to make his way in the world" phenomena. Plus the offer of a $25 fee payable to me for helping him move money was attractive - Im helping him and getting a little something for time and effort, sounded fair at the time.
2 things happened after this. I agreed to help him liquidate his Godad gift cards by selling him a throwaway name via The dn name aftermarket. Terms on closing were that you had to wait 30 days for payment from Godad. Should have read the TOS closer ... 9mm wanted his money right away, which was odd and he got heated about it. After much arguing and accepting of insults, I called Godad to confirm that this was a done deal then proceeded to pay him the amount (~$140) then and there, without taking so called commission. This doesnt make me a saint, but my point is, after the way I was treated by this kid, I knew I wanted him far far away from me. 9mm = loose cannon.
At that point I wanted nothing more to do with him. Any MSN contact resulted in masses of insults, so I blocked him. BTW I have almost half a meg of chat logs, if this can assist I will gladly disclose, but only with surety of privacy to those that are working this thing.
Another thing he had discussed before becoming paranoid of my motives, was helping him accept paypal via the same method. I would then accept a fee and then move the money to him via Interac email transfer.
At this point things had completely broken down between us, but he still had a member (in good standing by my view) transfer money to me via paypal for a name. It is not my place to bring this 3rd party into this, unless requested to do so privately.
I told 9mm I wanted no part of it or him ever again , and refunded the members money, who was extremely grateful since he had not done business with me and was wary of the scheme.
In retrospect, it was a stupid idea. I felt I was helping a kid who was coming up and who can help but think to themselves "Wow if only I had started when I was 16, let me give this guy a hand"
I realise that my dealings with the kid are small potatoes. Perhaps some this information may help the others come forward, who have experienced similar.
This whole affair from the start of purchasing 0h3.com all through 9mm temp ban (which I thought would be a good lesson) all through this whole thread, has made me very very sad.
I got into domaining because I thought I had finally found something honorable, in an internet world of thiefs. I was happy to get away from Internet marketing and MLMs to trade in names, only to find that some people will use the softest touch to get at your heart - people like this should burn, and if I can contribute to their undoing in anyway, please call on me.
Best,
Mike
