Yep, this debate is over now, time to call the RCMP?FBI and local toronto police. Jayspot if you need any further help with the charges and legal stuff here in ontario let us know. Ehsan could always post his side and name the real receiver of the funds but he rather meet the RCMP and be charged and sued. Hope its worth it.

I'm willing to cooperate on my side and do whatever I can to provide info, even proof showing that I never received funds, the main thing I am guilty of is withholding information and being a complete idiot. I can post the e-mail's when I find them even, but I never received ANY funds from this guy

Well from what I have knowledge of it was $110k+$5k but then you guys say there is more :\

He (domain biz) said to me on ICQ he 'earned' 690k already and that my 'problems start now'.

I want to give a heads up that this guy apparently has more domains than mines. he probably stole from a bunch of other people as well.

Here is where $5k went for sure be sure to call toronto police about this portion of the funds. He lives in toronto Canada. Alea Top Hat knows him as he defended him on page 6 so once theplice and RCMP get him we will see who Alexa is exactly.

Name: Ehsan Mahpour
account #: XXXXXXXXX
Bank name: TD Canada Trust

It might seem out of place but I suggest that 9MM takes a chill pill and the pressure stops a bit here. He is a minor and under the circumstances he is on the edge. You don't want him to cause himself any harm under stress. 9MM, go talk to an adult in your family right now about this. Going back and forth does not help at this point. Again, since 9MM is 16 years old it's not right to push him in ways that some adults end up doing stupid stuff.

...16 or 46 it does'nt matter...this kid is scum and he was well aware of this entire issue as it played out obviously and wanted the free stolen domains and to make cash..I like to make cash to but we don't steal domains do we? No, we make it with selling our own domains and parking, etc. These idiots are all going to pay for this one once and for all. Really, the only thing he has going for him at this point is his age...but hopefully they don't take his parents house to satisfy the return of the funds to the buyers! He and this "hacker" obviously were in collusion and partners on this...one steals, the other helps to sell..not rocket science here people.

Like Acro had wrote about, people under 18 are far more emotional, maybe he's right...

Focus, I made a mistake and if I was in your shoes I'd be saying the same thing, the domain I received in "payment" I voluntarily got returned to the real owner, no cash had been given to me from this ordeal and I understand it's a lot of money and of course people are pissed off, but this idiot hacker is making all the blame turn on me :|

I'm on and off every 5 minutes but I'll be sure to be replying immediately after posts are made.

Also, I just met the "hacker" on the forum when he made the thread with ****.net, and I didn't really sell any domains for him...he found a buyer for asianxxx.com (jayspot) who also decided to buy pornos.com, I didn't find him, but I helped make it easier to talk to the guy because the "hacker" wasn't good at english, so I became the messenger...who's getting shot

True, but it is wierd that a 16 year old is mixed up in some a international domain hijacking, with porn domains, including F U C K E D .com. Looks like he is getting f***** now though.

You can't even legally register a domain name if you haven't reached the age of majority, so what are these kids doing brokering $XXXXX deals?

I can just see the book title now..

F*cked.com - The real story about who got "f*cked"!

How ironic.

Remember boys and girls..you do NOT steal domains or help sell them. Period.

I mean..if you did'nt do anything wrong (in your mind) then why worry? You might as well admit to us all now that you were a willing partner in this and trying to make some easy money..then we won't all think you are a liar too..remember, honesty will help you ALOT.
