Update:
I contacted a few end users and they said were interested till I replied back with $3k.
So I decided to some just leave it blank and see how much they would offer.
I had one which the top was a hundred and right now I just got one with three hundred.
Their design looks really really expensive and they probably spend alot of money on adwords because it is all over the side for counter strike server and they are interested I personally believe because their site isn't listed top 10 for the keyword.
What should I respond with?
I am thinking something like:
Hi
Taken off. The $300 your willing to provide for the domain sounds a bit low. The reason I am asking for a higher price than $300 is because the .net , .org, .biz, .info, and other extensions have been registered by other people. The domain is also registered in 2002 which means it is a old name and google likes older names (ranks higher on google searches). The other reason that it is worth more than $300 is because I see you advertise for counter strike server on google, but with the domain means it is easier to rank on top of google's searches. The keyword counter strike server has 24,000 searches per month which means free traffic.
Hopefully none of these endusers will see this forum

I mean $300 is pretty good for me i think the top domain I sold so far...but right now I got a project for a search engine that would require me to have something with X,XXX.
Do you think I should accept the offer?
