I didn't start the threads. I commented in them. So ? That doesn't mean I'm involved in any top-secret conspiracy or accusations that might have been made by the thread starter. It means I commented on something in the thread. I believe there were others that commented as well, besides myself and RJ. I don't see RJ as being involved in the accusations either. He's only commenting about his observations so far on what appears at the surface of this.

Hippie, start at the beginning of this thread and begin reading. My only comment on the first page was in response to WilliamC suggesting a "google feature" proves that a domain name had expired.

I'm going to leave the thread now.
You guys are trouble. No doubt.

If you read WilliamC's comments and
my comments, you will see that we
were trying to get this subject in
ONE SINGLE thread, and get some more
information about the accusations made
regarding the stolen names. We did
nothing wrong. WE are the ones who
got called names and attacked.

I think NameInvestor has more than one
User ID here, but that's just a hunch
after seeing it before at other forums.
I could be wrong.

One thing for sure, you are the ones
accusing somebody of stealing names and
then providing no evidence. Then you
turn around and ask ME for evidence?

hahahaha.... sorry. :) I won't be sucked in
to your little game anymore.

I hope the DomainNameForum Moderators keep
you 3 under control and from spamming all
of us with this nonsense any more.

Goodbye.

Thats just hilarious, and even insane. Hahaha.

By the way... 4 of the top 7 threads in this
category are the SAME thing started by the
SAME guy discussing the SAME subject.

If you ask me, THAT'S insane.

Just had to get that in since NameInvestor
joined us again. Bye spammers. :)

name investor ..you claim this guy has stolen 50 domains..explain one thing where are all the people who had their domains stolen..where is the uproar?

where are the lawsuits, where are the media reports..dont tell me to do my own research..I HAVE..

And by the way..who the hell are you.. how do these "stolen" domains affect you...certainly you seem to have an "emotional" involvement..

I am sure you'll respond with your typical pompASS response ..

so theres no misunderstanding..let me make it extremely clear.. I dont like you ..you smell funny..

is real sorry ignorance there.

These 'WERE' expired names, the owners are long since 'dead' and that is why they were stolen by this thief. Calling the cluebird...

Obviously, other than the astute Brujah, NI's posts were directed at those savy few who read these forums but do not comment. Get a grip...

an acquaintance of mine had his domain stolen by this guy, and once I alerted him to it, he now has hired a lawyer. so there is an uproar, its just not loud yet.

If these are really expired names that are being "stolen" then I don't have a problem with it. Why the uproar?

They would have ended up with UltSearch, BuyDomains or one of the other pros.

RJ, many of the names that were stolen were NOT expired.

Guest
If the names have passed their expiry date the registrars duty to the original registrant as per the registration agreement is also passed. The fact they then change hands does not make them stolen - it just means someone is doing something you don't agree with.

If you're going to post a thread everytime something like this happens then its just a waste of everyones time because its not illegal and its not theft.

If you believe different, please cite the relevant laws that are being broken.

Of course, for names that have not passed expiry its a different ballgame entirely.

As Flex said, probably just playful domain hackers trying to show off. But what a pain its going to cause. These people should be jailed as an example to others.

For theft, you need a victim - I am wondering who is the victim if a domain has passed expiry? The original registrant has no claim on it, if the registrar has not paid a renewal then they have no claim on it - and even if they did, they're hardly likely to want to break sweat over the $6 they paid as they're not responsible to anyone to reclaim it - and if they did reclaim it, on who's behalf would they be acting?
