JaxForum.com is a forum for the city of Jacksonville in Florida, USA. The metropolitan population is over 1.3 million people. The site runs on free phpBB forum software which can easily be modified. Unfortunately since taking up the site I've run out of free time due to moving home. It comes with access to a MySpace account with over 340 people living in and around Jacksonville listed.

Revenue...
It earns around $205 a year at the mo. All revenue via Google at the moment, ads went online mid March, so 5 months total:

It's currently hosted on my server, so you will need to transfer it to your hosting account or set-up a new one. I'd recommend HostGator or DreamHost, they have multiple domain packages (so you can buy and host other sites ) from as little as $7 a month.

I am interested in this forum but want to see full stats.. Seems like some of the posts are not from ppl in Jacksonville.. Are they just post exchange posts? How much of the posts are actually real posts and not the fabricated posts?

None of the posts are fabricated, it's not some kiddie-script Usenet clone, it's a genuine forum with real users. We are listed Listed #1 on Yahoo.com for "jacksonville forum" and listed #2 on MSN for "jacksonville forum". We are also on MySpace. If you have a specific question let me know and also point me to these threads you are looking at!
