Perhaps this is old news to some but the first that I heard of it was today (Tuesday 10/14) on the NPR Radio Network's 'All Things Considered' program. This legislation was pushed by the entertainment industry. How and if (likely) it will affect domainers is a good question. It is quite frightening to think that we would spend taxpayers money on something like this though.

monetizing creativity is being challenged by theft like never before. even if it turns out to be an inept symbolic move- it is nice to know that the govt realizes there is an issue that needs attention.

I hope something gets accomplished.
I'm sick of these little snots ripping off artists.
