I am done with this. i have stated my case. I do not need to hear this crap. At this point, it is just a fest to say mean and hurtful things.

juniper, that was uncalled for.

I made mistakes and I am sorry. I did not scam anyone, nor did I plan to. i got in over my head.

John, you had offers. You know you had offers. You denied some but I understand that you may not want to say that you did. Its way easier to bash away than it is to own up.

Have a good day everyone,
Patty Similien

Just curious and posing this question to people out there: How many times have you guys been "mistakenly" or "innocently" charged with crimes nearly 10+ times?

That's impossible as far as I'm aware. If PayPal freeze your account, they don't *take money off you*. That's illegal AFAIK. They simply freeze your balance so that you can't send or withdraw any cash.

Can you link to the clause in PayPal's contracts that say they will take your money away from you until an account freeze is resolved?

They definitely remove the balance from your account and then freeze your account. I had someone file a dispute on me from ebay years ago after they purchased a scooter from me, road it for almost a month (person was overweight and exceeded the weight compacity) and broke it, then wanted me to a.) return full refund, or b.) send them the necessary parts to have it fixed for free. When they filed the dispute paypal took the amount ($39x.xx), froze my account and investigated it for a little over a month, but finally returned it to me when the investigation was over because the buyer admitted he was over-the-weight limit.

So this is definitely possible.

I am not defending anyone here, but thought I should chime in on this particular comment.

What a mess. This is going to take me ages to read through!
It's only an hour's worth of reading  But really it's just people coming up with evidence, and Patty ignoring the evidence and/or saying "I'll be back in a minute"

You accepted payment clearly marked for a domain you weren't authorized to sell. Plus one other. That is not going to be seen as a business deal gone wrong.

I was authorized to sell R*R.COM (doesn't need to be tainted in this thread)

Alex came to me asking if I had any LLL for sale. I showed him my list. He wanted reseller but i told him no.

even if paypal freezes your account you can still sue the "refund" link and refund the cash...

unfortunately.. Your stakes go higher if you are already in the system. i wasnt charged ten times. They are the same cases, being reviewed different times or brought up because I still had restitution owed.

Thanks

Albert. I have paid you, so dont say you never got payment from me.

ECO never built my links. I owe you 500?? That was if you were going to build loans..

Albert.. I told you i was not in the position to buy your design. You NEVER DESIGNED ANYTHING FOR ME!!! I have those chats. You want to call a liar. Look yourself in the mirror..

Theo, the whole world won't know my lawyer but I am giving you a one time shot to talk to some in reference to my world. There is no bond needed. They are going to see this as business deal gone bad, refund was issued and move on.

Hash everything up.

i didnt scam
Listen alright.
This was the agreement.
$50 per week.
I built backlinks for 3 of your url.
You acccuse me of not building any links at all. Are you serious?
www.backlinkwatch.com again which I showed you already which proves i built backlink.

Now how many weeks has it been? Hmm? How many weeks did I built links for you.
Don't even deny it. Go check your conversations date. How long?

# of WEEK X $50

Go figure.

Now as for the design.
I was smart enough.
You told me to design the site etc.
I was about to get started when I was like wait. I should ask for a down payment this time as I haven't recieved the full amount for backlinks yet.

So here I went asked for down payment. Filed a invoice as you said.

Every time i contact you this would be your daily response:

i'll pay it next tuesday

my paypal is frozen but i'll pay it next thursday

next friday i'll have time to pay you

its my day off

Your a scammer.

Dig yourself into a deeper hole.

Carter is the forum's "yes-man"

the guy says the most pointless crap just to be cool.

I know you loves me :D

I ask myself if you talked italian how you was deep lol

Probably I prefer buy/sell domains than reply to your provocative thesis.
