I recently bounced a check unfortunately. The bank Wamu, charged me through the nose, made some threats, but after I covered everything, they just shut up. No legal threats or anything else.

It is a simple thing really. An offer is something I can put into escrow.com. It has three simple parts.

1. The domain name
2. The price the Buyer will pay
3. the email address of the buyer.

That's all escrow.com requires.

You never provided me this simple information. On any name, let alone the 100 you said would sell within the first week. Or the 137/150 names for the investors who were in Tampa then Portland the next week.
