Here is the complaint thread about the sale that went bad.

Unfortunately, Scott edited out his posts. I am sure the moderators can still view them.

Soliciting for "special software".

Reminds me of the one she would not produce screenshots for. More than half the threads at DigitalPoint are about "need cash tonight in my Paypal" requests, pledging money "Next Friday" for the "$10,000" she'd make by then. Amounts vary from $26 to $250.

Just in case you have doubts over Italianbred being Starpowerdomains aka Patty Similien!

There are more things at stake than just money, such as the trust she has gained from various people who "invested" in goodwill towards her. That's why I flipped to the point of "jugular pumping" last night. I detest being played on. I don't mind giving away free work and my time, as long as one deserves it. Clearly, this is not the case here.

To anyone who has been a victim of Patty, Starlita, Jamie, Gimp.....

I recommend as a starting point filing a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center:

I have a strong hunch Patty has a male accomplish, named Jimmy or James.

Let's study this profile.

The domain listed is JamesTheMan.com which is a dropped domain, once owned by Evolved Creators and then Starpower Domains.

In that profile, you can see [email protected] as the email address.

Searching Google, that email turns up at another forum under the alias CreativeIdealist.

It lists
[email protected] as the Paypal email address. Let's look that up.

It turns up in a scam complaint thread in another entrepreneur forum.

What's interesting in that thread, is that the person who started it clearly talks about two people; a male and his assistant, a female and I quote:

Innercirclepayment [email protected] (Not sure what is YE screen name is)
Did the design for my blog but did not deliver a finished product. He (Jimmy) promised the sky but did not come through. His assistant was worse. She would always say I’ll get right on it and then never return e-mails. I had to hire another programmer to finish my RSS Feeder Code and that cost me $270. Do not use this guy as you won’t get what you pay for.

In my mind he owes me $270. He has not responded to my requests for a refund!

Buzzworthy buzzworthypr.com (or some crap like that)
This lady is a…. ugh… can’t think of a nice thing to say. I paid her $485 for 5 press releases. When it came time to do my first one I had to send her 4 e-mails and make two posts on her site to even get her to respond to my request for a service I had already paid for. Once she finally did I sent her my release she told me she would have it posted in 24 hours. A week later I find out I did give her enough words. She has not responded to any of my e-mails since then. I’ve sent her 5 e-mails requesting a refund. Stay away from this company.

I’ve spent the last month working on numerous projects from YE. As some are starting to get finished I needed to vent about the people that have cost me money and time. I’ve met a lot of great (and super smart) people on YE. These two knuckleheads just need their moment to reflect on crappy service.

I'm not sure what the actual process will be for people that have been scammed by her, but if you need any assistance from a local, feel free to let me know.

I live in the Seattle area and am willing to do what I can to help if needed...

Best of luck in getting things resolved.

Mhmm thoughts?
just now. I should really delete her but yep.
Starpower Domains says:
*Listen Albert. I will keep my end and it will be refunded once PayPal resolves
*My rep will be saved and things will be better
Albert Tai says:

*somehow you got a great history of scamming
