I still don't know for certain what her motive was for wanting to broker a domain for me, other than paying the agreed commission.. She always sent me emails about who she contacted and how many leads she has, I remember her saying her letters to end users were very effective and suggesting my name would be sold withing a month or two, She never asked for money, so her motive would have to either be controlling my domain on her word it was sold, which would never of happened because I would NEVER turn over control of one of my domains to a private individual, Unless it was sold and insured by Escrow.
OR, the motive of hardship, "Hey Raider, my little dog "Wolfy" got struck by a car, can you front me $1000 and when your domain sells we can deduct it from the sale. This is probably the most likely scenario.
