Her bond was set at $10,000 and she's representing herself. No lawyer is touching that nasty ass. Which means, she stays in the slammer until her hearing of 8/27/2012.

1 count of Grand Theft!, are you friggin kidding me?.. Where the f**k are all the other counts??? Somebody needs to contact the Bay County DA and remind them what this douchebag has done... And what's with 10K bail?, that means she/he/it is out on $1000, the same $1000 she robbed from the victim? UNBELIEVABLE!

People who do this to others are downright self and have NO conscious, either that or they have no heart... The hours, days and weeks time this poor Woman spent working for Patty is not only money and time lost but she mostly likely had financial obligations and not being able to meet those obligations damaged her credibility as well, Something this dumb c*nt is completely oblivious to. :veryangry:

Don't be so sure. I working with a case right now with this "rescue" that was caught with evidence of a ton of criminal level animal abuse laws, 20 witnesses, 7 of them filing details formal reports about the situation. The person was not even ARRESTED, and we're trying to find out why. He's know for blaming his disability, plays the victim, and everything is everyone else's fault. As far as I can tell, he's 50 and never had a job, living off family members and his scams. His writing, his fake 'supporters', his use of social media is VERY similar to our pal here.

Hang 'em dude!

Only $10k?

She's a flight risk if there ever was one. Should be substantially more. Suppose the judge has to go by Floriduh guidelines.

Mystery behind the leg tatoo solved.

It is a typical Italian and Roman Catholic "relic" pose of hands clasped in prayer holding a rosary with the name of her one true love forever emblazoned on her flesh.

On a serious note, this andrea deluca name she's using.....

to me there is only 3 possibilities:
1/ she has legally changed her name
2/ she has always been called this and was never called starlita similien
3/ she's scamming police and they've fallen for her fake name :uhoh:

I still don't know for certain what her motive was for wanting to broker a domain for me, other than paying the agreed commission.. She always sent me emails about who she contacted and how many leads she has, I remember her saying her letters to end users were very effective and suggesting my name would be sold withing a month or two, She never asked for money, so her motive would have to either be controlling my domain on her word it was sold, which would never of happened because I would NEVER turn over control of one of my domains to a private individual, Unless it was sold and insured by Escrow.

OR, the motive of hardship, "Hey Raider, my little dog "Wolfy" got struck by a car, can you front me $1000 and when your domain sells we can deduct it from the sale. This is probably the most likely scenario.

her aunt sounds really nice and sounds like she tried to do everything for her and is still trying to do right thing

you kind of give up hope when the police just accept a fake name off someone lol
do they know what they're doing?
I though it was just the uk police who don't know their arse from their elbow

Wow. Does the IP used to post it appear to be correct?

The IP and name both match, Seattle area.

It's unfortunate when your own family wants to keep you in jail, shows how much they have suffered.

On the warrior forum I read that she would have impersonated an existing lawyer, the Alison G from WA state is a real person (and lawyer) if I remember correctly.
Probably worse than using an assumed identity. Now we have a case of identity theft, which I believe is a federal offense.

Too bad Daniel Goncalves is doing time in NJ, they would team up well.
