I wonder what kind of parole terms she'd be violating to achieve this.

If she were to be convicted without jail time and we know what the terms of her parole are, any violation of those terms will land her behind bars. And since she's a habitual offender, this is almost sure to happen.

Can't wait to see what the plea deal will be, unless of course she's stupid enough to go to trial.

Wow. All the typo's throughout all her posts.

That should be a tip off...attorneys go to college, typically 6 years or more, and most likely know how to spell.

Hey i might be able to give ppl an ease of mind to how they decide they want to set up their entity. [EDITED BY ADMIN]

I am a lawyer for numberous states, I specialize in helping people protect their assets and setting up entities

Thanks,
Alison

I'm confused
Patty was in the nick (jail) yeah?
so they bailed her, which is normal I guess when it's not high profile or a violent crime, to make way for violent people inside
but I thought her court case was yesterday or today?
she was representing herself then got a legal rep.
or has trial been adjourned/ they do this in UK , simplest of things can drag out years

Details about the case in court can be seen here http://bit.ly/Qauu0d

sorry, ignore above post
just seen this, thanks Acro
all done and dusted on 27th

well, i thought the U.S were the tough guys in the world on law and order
even in UK they would prob be tougher for not paying council tax lol
I'm not kidding, be late go to summons then they will put your door in. if 'refuse' to pay they will put you in jail
they put a vicar in his 70's in prison recently who stood up for oaps

here's the bit I don't get
court name was state vs DELUCA, ANDREA J

so I am guessing she changed her name by deed poll before

That does seem to be the case or was always her legal name? Tis' confusing and somehow things are not adding up as previous arrests (ie, seattle) lists a different name.

No idea what happened but I'm sure her aunt didn't do a good job with convincing the court about the real identity. Looks like the little jailbird is back in Seattle, she definitely will skip Texas and Florida for now.

Right now the public defender is trying to strike a deal with the DA with the objective being NO Jail time, Which I think would be difficult because she's a repeat offender.

So make not mistake about it, whatever Patty is doing right now is NOT to make good with all the people she ripped off because she's feels any kind of remorse, the sole purpose of her doing this is to strike a better deal with the DA and not serve any jail time.

"Hey, look at my Facebook page, I'm trying to do what's right here"

BULLSH*IT.

Raider, what I don't understand is if the deal is ongoing, how is she out. Without the jury minutes, we won't know.
