Hey all,

I'm very curious as to the thoughts of the going rate of a NNN.cc. When I looked into it, alot of the 999 are gone, but a few still left.

What would be the value for stuff like

154.cc (3 random numbers, not ending in 5 or 0)
330 or 440.cc
101.cc (has a meaning to it)

Just curious as to everyone's thoughts, and if these may eventually become rare like the .net .com NNN market.

I know the Chinese love NNN domains.

Thanks alot!!

NNN is used in the REIT (real estate inv trust) universe to mean triple-net
which is a conservative REIT structure that offers stable yields with fewer
headaches

i think there is a stock whose symbol is NNN

Triple Net Lease
What does it Mean? A lease that designates the tenant as being solely responsible for all of the costs relating to the asset being leased. The costs could include any upgrades, utilities, repairs, etc.

Investopedia Says... In other words, if you lease a warehouse under a triple net lease, then you are responsible for paying utility bills, shoveling walks, cutting grass and so on.

I know the Chinese love NNN domains.

They are just as "rare" as .com and .net NNN domains since there are the exact same number. They will never have nearly the value of a .com or a .net or a .org or a .info or a .biz...or just about any other extension.

.cc is crap, its for domainers who can't afford or don't have the sense to buy better names (most of the time)

I don't think so. about 90 NN.cc names are just sold for $$$$$$ at another forum as a package.

eu.cc, us.cc, ca.cc and many others are bought for resale(listed at sedo). I think they can easily afford some .coms...
