Wanted: Service vbulletin help

Hi

I have installed a test vbulletin board at my domain name, but am unable to transfer the posts from my current phpbb board to the vbulletin one.
I have logged a support ticket with vbulletin but they haven't replied and it's now been over 19 hours :emba:

I have impex installed on the board and configured but once i choose phpbb as the source board and click on continue it gives the error:

Does anyone know why this is?
