Is anyone here up to date on the VBulletin license?
I have a couple of sites running 3.x and want to upgrade to 5 but the upgrade price looks ridiculous.
I may have to redo the sites from scratch so I don't care about the existing data on the site.
1. If I pay for the upgrade can I download the full version script or only the upgrade script?
2. Is 4.2 publishing suite included with 5 upgrade?
