I just found this on Amazon.
Amazon has the Verizon Droid for only $109.99.
The cheapest you can get this on Verizon Wireless dot com is $199.99.
I called Verizon Wireless to ask if they price match.
The girl I spoke with was extremely helpful and did a lot of searching.
I explained to her that I placed my order and have had my phones for less than a week and paid their full price of 199.99.
She said that there was nothing available to refund or credit me for the cost of the phones. I explained that Verizon offered a 30 day guarantee and refund with a $35 re-stocking fee. With the price difference and taxes I had to pay Verizon, I would be saving nearly 200 bucks sending the phones back. Heather agreed that this was the best plan for me and they were glad to do anything to keep me as a customer.
So, if you were on the fence about the Droid, here's a great price for a great phone (I have had mine about 4 days now - awesome, awesome, awesome. INCREDIBLE streaming video clarity as well.
Always looking to pass on some cool savings to you and this is one I found while looking for screen protectors.
