Waiting for support for over a week now

Hello.

An user has falsely left negative trader feedback to my username. We agreed that he would take it back. So I raised the following support ticket.

Ticket ID: PHI-549785

It has been one week now and I still have not heard anything from DNF support.


I hope that this false negative feedback can be deleted.

The user who gave the feedback need to inform us about the same that it was a mistake or the issue has been resolved. PM has been send to DomainTradeCenter about the same.

If he has given it falsey please expalin full details and if its his fault he will be warned or banned for it.

Hello.

Thanks for the quick response.

He left negative feedback because he thought I pulled out of a sale and had promised payment already. I did and would still like to purchase the name but on the day I wanted to make the payment my little daughter got sick and I had to bring her to the hospital. The hospital bill was very high and I had to use part of the budget for this name for the payment of the bill.

I let him know what happend but he already left negative feedback when I left him a short message saying that I could not pay for the name anymore due to lack of funds. I did not want to bother him with much very private personal life that is why I did not explain it initially in this PM.

I think this is understandable isnt it?

After explaining this to him in another PM he agreed to retract this negative feedback so I raised the ticket.

We did not know that he had to do the same.

I hope this is enough explanation.

He send me an email saying that he was contacted by DNF and agreed to take the negative feedback back.

Proof is hard if you can not speak or read German. The PM exchange was in German. Any German mods?

Well Dominik is from Germany and he was a mod until sometime ago. may be he can help the current mods on this issue
