I'm new to the domain flipping world and I recently purchased weatherhub.org and weathernucleus.com.

Since I'm still trying to figure out how everything works, I would appreciate if you could appraise these two for me so I could get some idea of what they might be worth.

Weather is a very popular search on the internet, so that's a good start. "Weather Hub" is quite a nice term, but obviously .org is not as strong as .com. I think "Weather Hub" is a better term that "Weather Nucleus".
