Rewarding Website Development Partnership Offer for Top-Notch Developers
We own lots of great quality domain names in various categories such as loan, insurance, homes, limos, catering, mortgage, law, etc etc....basically almost 100 categories. Some categories alone have 100s of domains in them. We are not talking so so domains, but nice domains collected in last 10 years.
We have acquired 1000s of âGreat Domain Namesâ with almost 50% of the domains being geo-targeted domains such as country+service.com, state+service.com, city+service.com, county+service.com, etc. Geo-targeted domains were acquired mainly for high population countries/states/cities/counties only. Over 70% of all domains are related to United States region, other main regions are India, Canada, Europe, China, and then some miscellaneous domains.
I am looking for serious website development/maintenance partnerships with interested parties. We have decided to slowly move away from domain parking to domain development. We understand that it will be a humongous project for us to develop all our domains spread across almost 100 categories. So we decided that why not let the experts do it the right way. We are looking for only âtop-notch web developersâ with a âproven track recordâ to take on these development projects on a ârevenue share basisâ. We are making it perhaps âthe bestâ offer to the developers so that they are handsomely rewarded for their hard work and efforts. Revenue can be earned various methods including using various ad networks, affiliates, direct ad sales etc.
We offer the following:
⢠First few dollars of the earnings will pay for the annual renewal costs of the domain - currently itâs about $8/domain/year but it can go up in future if the fees increase. It will be the actual renewal cost whatever it is. This is âonce per yearâ ONLY.
⢠Every month earnings up to $100 will be shared 55% for developer and 45% for us.
⢠Additional earnings every month will be shared as follows:
- from $100 to $300 will be shared 60% for developer and 40% for us.
- from $300 to $500 will be shared 65% for developer and 35% for us.
- from $500 to $1000 will be shared 70% for developer and 30% for us.
- from $1000 onwards will be shared 75% for developer and 25% for us.
The revenue sharing arrangement will be open-book and totally transparent.

We will ideally only like to have 1 development partner per category, because its good for the developer to concentrate in one category, perfect one site and then use as a base to launch all the other domains in the same category. For example, we have almost 100s of loan domains, 100s of insurance, 50 limo domains , 250 catering domains, about 50 credit report domains......so it is good/easy for the developer to concentrate or become expert in one category and it will benefit both us and the developer.
Again ideally we will like to have one developer do just all the domains in one category, but there can be exceptions based on other factors such as how experienced a developer is.
We are already in talks with couple of developers on another forum but given that we have so many categories we wanted to post on this forum as well. This message will be posted on multiple places and we reserve the right to accept/deny any development offers. We are flexible to suggestions and welcome your questions.
We are also open to provide the âselected developersâ with some other âlicensedâ development software (only if needed by developer to make website development quicker) such as directory software (esyndicat.com software), Professional Website themes/templates (RevolutionTheme.com website software) etc for use on our domains. We are also open to developers using any open-source software such as WordPress, Joomla, Mambo, RubyOnRails, etc.
We are only looking to work with experienced developers with proven track record. Only serious developers should respond. We require examples of your past work.
All other details of the agreement will be discussed via emails. We can also send you the domains list to look at in any category of interest to you via email.
