Website Help Needed

Can anyone tell me where I can get a template to create a website similar to youtube where my users will primarily be uploading and viewing videos? I came across socialgo.com but I am not sure that it will suit my needs. I'm familiar with some code but not too extreme and don't have the funds to hire a coder at the moment. Thanks for any insight.

I don't know of any personally, but there are quite a few in google. Try searching under "youtube clone script"
