OR - you can cheet and do what I did - marry the webs best web designer, criteque and most artistic graphics artist

If - God Forbid - I have to do a site myslef - I'd stick to FP - but I would never recomend it to anyone else. DreamWeaver I have - but it is not newbe friendly.
