They didn't have the grounds to take Adam's name really, but they did, that is the scary part, if they deem the material you add to the site is not to their liking, who are you to stop them from taking it, nothing you can say or do, but other than that we can all agree the keyword is a category killer, it is just the political unrest that would cause any major end user to take a double take when it comes to investing a large sum of money into the domain, as developing it for what the market demands, could be crossing the line, and it could take a single compliant for someone to recall the name. I think the entire .in space took a huge hit when they decided to take that name, many holders have been trying to sell their .in names in the past month or so from what I have seen.
