I'm interested to know what percentage commission do Epik Brokers take when handling a domain transaction?

Is it still 9%? Or is it higher for helping handle the sale?

EPIK broker fees:
Internal domains 9%
External domains 10%

Internal domains are on Epik and listed on Epik marketplace.
External domains - any other provider.

Thanks for the reply @smartwebby.

That is a reasonable commission ihmo compared to other domain brokers and marketplaces. @robmonster

Our approach has generally been to focus on driving demand rather than pushing supply. Most brokers don't have the combination of registrar, landers, financing and brokerage all under one roof. As a result, we can create value in more ways and generate more organic demand which in turns that the buyer is buying rather than the seller is selling. This makes all the difference especially when selling in 6 figures and higher.

It does! But that's a mistake (which hasn't yet been corrected) and 10% will indeed be charged on external domains.
You can have a look at the end of this post: https://www.dnforum.com/threads/how-i-track-my-domain-name-portfolio.599691/post-2345581
Thanks.
My many external domain listed buy now price, (Also used epik nameserver).
I think better option only make offer listing, if any deals done... Use escrow service or first transfer domain epik account then accept offer etc....
