This is the case of Barcelona.com, registered in "good faith" by a Spanish individual.
The Barcelona council/government sought out trademarks for as many Barcelona related terms as they could and subsequently took the owners of Barcelona.com through a WIPO claim. They won.
I think that there were some borderline "bad faith" ish intentions on the respondents part, but overall, they were genuine about it. What do you think of this decision?
Edit: having just read the UDRP again with particular attention to part 4(c) I note that the respondent in this case did not really fulfil any of the requirements to demonstrate a legitimate interest in the domain name, but looking at section 4(b) the complainant didn't really prove the respondent guilty of any of the actions suggesting bad faith.
