EGS contacted me here on DNF through PM asking about my computer business (or soon to be) Hiveon.com. I told him, if he was seriously looking for a computer I could hook him up with a system. Someone has to say it - do you realize the irony in "I'm rather tired of people thinking they're going to get something for nothing." (which I fully agree with) when your 15 minutes of fame on this board were for believing there was nothing wrong with buying and flipping a knowingly stolen domain?

I agree that I don't like the way he handled that conversation, but maybe he saw the thread I'm talking about and thought you were going to be hooking him up with a nice "hot" computer. But yea, he can't expect someone starting out to get the same bulk discounted rates that established large computer companies do.

You fail to understand that if your computer breaks, I am responsible to fix it. Plus you didn't include the costs of the case, shipping, and other accessories. I told you my price, you could have easily accepted it or rejected it. You don't see me calling Alienware scammers because they overcharge for their computers. (Not that I was overcharging by any means.)

I found the parts totaling to around $500 for a custom PC which is what we discussed. He tried charging $1k+ saying the parts were low quality, when they're the best on NewEgg with awesome reviews.

I do believe I said several times that my actions were indeed a mistake and I regret making them. So why must you persistently call me out.

Funny how the parts go from $840 to $500. Either way, you were not obligated to purchase a computer from me. I gave you my price and you had every right to reject my offer. However, you acted immaturely and made some comments that I found unnecessary.
