I am looking for three things and I know these will be 3 different pieces of software...

1) Is there anything better than http://www.link-assistant.com/rank-tracker/ to monitor multiple website rankings for multiple keywords?

2) What is the best tool to input a website into and have it spit out a personal report of what's wrong with the seo that I can give to the customer. I know there are a few out there.

3) What is the best security software to check for vulnarabilities and have it spit out a personal report of what's wrong with the seo that I can give to the customer. I know there are a few out there.

Cost of software is not an issue.

Any guidance is appreaciated.

http://www.link-assistant.com/website-auditor/features.html

This gives good informative reports and is easy to use.

Reports can be customized and sent to customers in pdf format.

They have a rank tracker product as well that's good.

Been using Rank Tracker for quite some time now. You can try this one:

http://www.advancedwebranking.com/

I didn't tried it yet since I use Rank Tracker for now.

SEO spyglass is also another powerful piece of software. You can really "microscope" your competitors with it and come up with a link building plan based on that data. Now it's time for me to see what Website Auditor and Link Assistant can really do.
