Maybe I am annoying, but if you name a price and I accept it you should have the integrity to honour your offer. Otherwise you are just as low as the scammers on the forum, and are yourself being counterproductive/annoying.

In regards to Billbos quetion he named his price I tried to haggle. He declined. Within 30 minutes I had sent him a PM explaining that I was prepared to accept his price.

Without getting too in depth opinions can show one to be an idiot, I.E If their opinions are idiotic. For example someone may say Hitler was a good bloke. In my opinion that would be an idiotic comment/opinion.
I will rephrase. Many DNF Members dont think before they post, nor do they know what they are talking about: they thus wate time, and annoy people. And VT says that being annoying is wrong XD

A deal is not a deal until all transactions have been completed.
until payment have been done and names transfered then some one can come in with higher offer or the seller has remorse and changes his mind.
also it depends on law.
Tom you might be used to english law while the other party might use american law it really depends on making sure that when doing a deal the deal is done when money transfered and names are in your name.

I have even used current registers where a domain resides as the escrow service to do the transaction - Network Solutions charges 5% for Certified Offers - just to expedite a deal and have it close even faster than going to a less expensive escrow service- it sometimes cost me an extra 2% - 3% but when you want something, a deal aint done until its done - so closing fast is key with me most of the time
