For me the first was a Vic20

Then I "upgraded" to a TRS 80 color computer (64k yah!!)

First contact with computers was the sole TRS-80 at high school.

First purchase was a ZX-81, following by a Spectrum - with a "proper" keyboard I bought at a junk shop and wired in myself (along with extra RAM).

First computer at first job - DEC PDP-11 and Fortran. Hurrah for the Star Trek game! :^)

Game ssytems: Atari 2600 to Coleco Vision (loved that!)

Computers: TSR-80 from Radio Shack to Commodore 64 to Commodore 128

My first PC was an Amiga 500 with a whole meg of ram (which I was really proud of). I owned it together with my sister since our parents wouldn't buy such an expensive toy (yeah, it was quite expensive back then) just for me. I used to spend afternoons with my friends just copying games and playing Lotus Challenge II.

...ahhhh memories... :cool:
