Depends on the search engines you want to use. Google and Yahoo, I think, require you to have 750k hits/day in order to use their feed/work with them. Others might not have many requirements, but much less ad competition, therefore much cheaper PPC quality which is ultimately a dead-end for any startup.

You can buy a script like domainspa and probably handle the work alone, originally, but it will be time consuming.

The most important things to keep in mind is to have a lot a lot a lot of traffic and to make a contract with a decently paying SE/ad feed provider.

I thought domainspa only provides services and not the script.

Where to buy the script?

You need manpower and money.

Traffic is no question about it, more traffic to get good % share from yahoo or google or somewhere else.

Scripts google it and you will find some decent product.

I know that I will need manpower and money. I have both manpower and womanpower. How much money do I need?

Thanks,

Depend on how you want to compete with existing parking services. As you know by now, parked provide hundreds or thousand of templates. This is manpower development = money.

If you are referring to the actual cost of the scripts. I saw from $300 to $15,000 range, then add your hosting server from $100 to $1000 per month.

Hope this help.

John are you one of dem der hermaphraditey thingies? Man and Woman power? scary brother, scary!

With regard to the question, I think there are enough companies out there providing this service and there's little that can be done to improve the business. It's not like it's antiquated or out dated. Plus, I think very important to, you need a great name, like Parked.com, Parking.com, ParkingSpot.com, etc.

When I refer to woman power, I mean all the female on this forums plus my wife and my daughter.

I understand the competition in parking business but I just found out there is a BIG loophole in parking services that you can make a ton of money.

Thanks for sharing.

On the name I disagree, you don't need a great name to have a fairly successful parking service. Take ActiveAudience , DomainSpa, Bodis(1M yearly turnover is not bad at all) as example. The name doesn't have to be generic, if I hear about a new parking service I will give it a try and I won't really care what domain it uses. I love AA for example, and it's long domain name does not stop me from using them or recommending them:)

can somebody tell me what is "manpower" means- thanks
is having employees or Friends that can help you out (family members that can help)
it can be men or woman -- just the work force.. to do the job.
