Not sure if that is the reason Acro since these spammers such as this one and many others do not respond to replies, even the ones which do not necessarily quote a price and request an offer.

How does he know we won't sell the names at a real low price, possibly even lower than he expects to pay?

Anyone have thoughts on why they do not respond but go thru all the trouble of sending out zillions of spams? Why do that if you have no actual interest in buying no matter how low the price?
