Hi,

Why are there so many LLL.com on the market for such great prices? I remember a few years ago there was hardly ever a sale. It seems so easy to buy one now.

Any reasons? Does it have to do with custom TLD extensions of the future?

Over all the market took a hit, does this mean its a good time to sale, of course not so the only explination is the need for cash flow. At least I hope so or we have some less than brilliant investors lol

Too many people bought junk letters with no end-user potential in mind. But wait, just sold one for 5 figures. Details once Sedo clears :D

Nice Theo.

Agree, junk is junk, premiums with age/traffic/use hold steady.

Weird!

I am just seeing so many good names recently for like $5,000. Like, someone is listing ajz.com for $4,100 BIN on this forum. I feel like that's a knock out price.

Also, Minnows.com for $5,000? That's killer.

Opportunities exist right now for buyers. But remember, you can't have them all. Even if a domain is at an appealing price, use common sense: how soon can you sell, flip or develop it? AJZ is not perfect but it's better than QZJ

1 year or less from now, the minimum LLL.com reseller price will be $5k. Again.. So, if you see a super bargain LLL.com, - grab it and run (after you've checked for legitimacy of course ;))!

I'm investing in premium lll.nets at the moment, hoping to move up to lll.com sales soon after some more end user sales... bit like a graduation!

If it's any comfort, you can get a number of LLL.com's for very high prices from me!
(I even turned down a 30K offer for one not long ago.)

I don't find that there are so many on the market.
On the contrary I think more are now in the hands of end users, or investors that won't sell at reseller prices.
Plus, two years ago the market was more liquid. Prices were higher and I seem to remember they sold like hot cakes over here. Now domainers are thinking twice before buying.

1 year or less from now, the minimum LLL.com reseller price will be $5k. Again.. So, if you see a super bargain LLL.com, - grab it and run (after you've checked for legitimacy of course ;))!
I also think they will be rising again. There has been a market correction for sure.

If LLL are so premium in price, then how come there are so many of them in the market? Shouldn't they already be sold out and be hosting websites? Just wondering. Seems like a lot of them don't have websites attached to them.
