I don't even want to be their customer, let alone pay for a call from Australia to the USA in order to have the pleasure of speaking to a help desk.Godaddy does have a glitch with who is updates during push and transfer!!!! The fact that a domain you sold, still uses you're contact... its better to solve the issue by calling customer service by phone. 10 out of 10 for service on the phone with godaddy... not once, did they fail to solve a serious matter!!! They will answer your concerns and fix the issue. Emailing service is -10 with godaddy... its poorly managed.
Phone call is always the best choice!
