Personally, I can't see WLS happening anyway. When I say that I mean they might try to pull it off for a couple of months (if they are lucky), but the monopoly case is so strong that it will not be allowed to continue.

But, I am glad to see the posting by Whois-Search about Icann. It looks like they are saying it will not happen in Oct.
