For Sale WLS - Will it help or hurt you?

If it becomes a reality, how will the WLS affect you?

Do you feel it will increase or decrease the value of your domain name portfolio?

Will it make it easier or harder for you to grab a deleting name?

Will it cause a WLS "landrush" effect?

Will it effectively lock up all of the better .com names causing more interest in the alternative extensions, i.e., .info, .biz, .us?
