I have tried to understand all the complicated sites about it, but english is not my mother toungue, so I would really appreciate if someone could explain the basics.. I understand you buy some sort of place in the waiting list or something??

And, exactly when will it kick in? What happens if you have a snap on a name, and then WLS kicks in?
