I think I am for, but I hate Verisign as well. In the early days when it was just NameWinner and SnapNames (at least as far as I knew) someone had a decent chance. Nowadays, folks like Ultsearch, et al. snatch all the good ones even if you have a snap. There's no guarantee anymore, and that get's pretty discouraging pretty quick for a part-timer like myself.

I always wondered what rules an ICANN acredited registrar has to play by when it comes to snatching up their clients' domain names. I once spoke with the CIO of Dotster, and he said he couldn't own more than a few domain names. With WLS, what
will prevent registrars from playing (read: sabotaging) this game?
