However, you should know that If you dont pay for it (update your Credit card), you wont be able to buy through pool again...

last time I checked, thats what they said.
I remember getting an email from them last year, because they could not authorize my card for 1 large drop, and it said I had 48 hours, or 72 hours, something along there, and then I would lose the domain as well as lose the account.

I rushed to the bank! :)

Seeker, I'm inclined to believe you but, I think I'll let it go, and start a new account with a new credit card. Aren't the accounts still free? I think it wouldn't be much trouble for me. What do you guys think?

If you can get away with it then yes, go for it.

I also believe that many names are worthless unless you develop them. In this case you could develop this name into a site where homeowners receive tips and advise on improving their home and then attempting to sell for a larger margin, then the name/site could be worth something.

My 2 pence;
Rich

yes, you could do that. The accounts are free (they rip you off later with the auctions...)
I hope they dont keep your name on record or something.
