Just waiting for his reply, either pm or public.
Board moderators should monitor threads like this a little better I guess.

I have an escrow agreement with him right now, but I have a call in to Dana Wathen, the VP of escrow.com, and I can guarantee you that she will freeze any transaction with this name until it's sorted out. So if you're planning to do it with him, you'd better do it paypal or another method. Either way, you'll have a scarlet letter around your neck if you do.
Obviously, if he had an escrow.com agreement with glomedia and the seller simply ignored it because I offered a better price, I will defer to glomedia's transaction without question. However, if glomedia simply used the escrow transaction to stall for payment, that's another story.
glomedia said:I didn't use the Escrow.com agreement to "stall for payment"
I made the Escrow.com payment immediately upon the sellers acceptance of the Escrow.com agreement terms on 7 September.
This guy is obviously a crook. He a agreed a deal with us and then went onto do multiple other deals with other parties. He simply can't do that. Think of all the admin for Escrow.com receiving all these payments and then having to refund them again.
He probably doesn't even own the name. I was slightly suspicious of the whois record in the first place but now I am very very suspicious of this character.
Any one that makes further Escrow.com payments with this guy after reading this thread must surely be mad.
